HTW Provider Must Recertify in PEMS and Update Demographic Information Healthy Texas Women (HTW) providers that intend to provide or continue providing HTW services must complete their annual recertification process. The deadline for annual recertification of HTW providers for program year 2025 has been extended through April 30, 2025. HTW providers must also verify or update demographic and account information for each location site. It is extremely important that the information listed in the Find a Doctor search tool available on the Health Texas Women webpage is kept up to date with the most current data for providers that deliver HTW services. Providers can complete the HTW certification process using the Provider Enrollment and Management System (PEMS). PEMS can be accessed online at the Texas Medicaid & Healthcare Partnership (TMHP) Provider Enrollment webpage by clicking My Account. For online help with the certification process, HTW providers can access the PEMS Instructions for HTW Certification and Attestation (PDF) on the TMHP HTW webpage. For instructions on updating demographic information, visit the TMHP PEMS Instructional Site webpage. On that page, select Maintenance, select appropriate answers for your program and provider type on the pages that follow, and then select Maintenance - Practice Location - Demographics.
