This two-day online workshop is designed to support prospective first-time patent applicants by helping to assess the strengths and weaknesses of a potential application. Our examiners will help you determine if your invention is novel in the art by providing one-on-one search assistance using public patent tools. We'll also discuss: Patent application basics Patent public search tools Low-cost or free legal support Other programs to assist first-time filers Capacity is limited.
