New Orleans Man Charged with Possessing Files Depicting Sexual Victimization of Children 03/11/2025 08:00 AM EDT NEW ORLEANS – Acting U.S. Attorney Michael M. Simpson announced that ERVIN DALVECCHIO COOPER, ("COOPER") age 23, a resident of New Orleans, was charged on February 27, 2025, by bill of information, with possession of files depicting the sexual exploitation of children under the age of twelve years old, in violation of 18 U.S.C. ' 2252(a)(4)(B).  Houston Man Guilty of Cocaine Distribution Conspiracy 03/11/2025 08:00 AM EDT NEW ORLEANS, LOUISIANA – Today, Acting U.S. Attorney Michael M.
