Job openings rates up in Arizona, Vermont, and Connecticut 03/31/2025 In January 2025, job openings rates increased in 3 states, decreased in 2 states, and were little changed in 45 states and the District of Columbia. Job openings rates increased in Arizona and Vermont, up 1.4 percentage points each. The rate in Arizona increased from 5.3 percent to 6.7 percent, while Vermont#39;s job openings rate increased from 4.9 percent to 6.3 percent. In Connecticut, the job openings rate increased 1.0 percentage point, from 4.1 percent to 5.1 percent. HTML
