His sentencing hearing is set for May 23, 2025. Mexican National Pleads Guilty To Use Of Passport Secured By False Statement And Passport Fraud 02/28/2025 07:00 AM EST Tampa, Florida – Acting United States Attorney Sara C. Sweeney announces that Juan Arturo Martinez (62, Mexico) has pleaded guilty to use of passport secured by false statement and passport fraud. Martinez faces a maximum penalty of 10 years in federal prison on each count. A sentencing date has not yet been set.
