Quits rate decreased to 1.9 percent in November 2024 01/13/2025 The total nonfarm quits rate (the total number of quits during the entire month as a percentage of employment) decreased to 1.9 percent in November 2024. The quits rate two months prior, in September 2024, matched that of November and was the only other month since June 2020 when the rate was below 2.0 percent. HTML
