Federal Jury Convicts Georgia Man Of Transporting A Minor With Intent To Engage In Sexual Activity And Possessing A Firearm After A Felony Conviction 01/16/2025 07:00 AM EST Fort Myers, Florida – United States Attorney Roger B. Handberg announces that a federal jury has found Vincent Joseph Robusto (41, Georgia) guilty of transporting a minor with intent to engage in sexual activity and possessing a firearm after a felony conviction. Robusto faces a maximum penalty of life in federal prison. His sentencing hearing is scheduled for May 5, 2025. Robusto was indicted on December 1, 2021. Orange County Man Indicted For Production And Possession Of Child Sexual Abuse Material 01/16/2025 07:00 AM EST Orlando, Florida – United States Attorney Roger B. Handberg announces the return of an indictment charging David Andrew Ogden (39, Winter Park) with five counts of production of child sexual abuse material and one count of possession of child sexual abuse material. If convicted, Ogden faces a minimum penalty of 15 years, up to 30 years, in federal prison for each of the production counts.
