JOHN VOLOSHIN, also known as "Josh Thomas," 69, formerly of New Haven and Woodbridge, was sentenced yesterday by U.S. District Judge Robert N. Chatigny in Hartford to approximately 41 months of imprisonment, time already served, and three years of supervised release, for fraud and identity theft offenses.  Judge Chatigny ordered Voloshin to serve the first six months of supervised release in a halfway house.
