Open Ocean Draft Restoration Plan 4 Public Webinar Materials Available The Open Ocean Trustee Implementation Group released the Draft Restoration Plan 4 and associated materials, including several factsheets for public review on October 30, 2024. We recently held two public webinars on November 14 and 20, 2024, to present the draft plan, answer questions, and receive public comments.
