Extradited Nigerian National Sentenced to 7 Years and Ordered to Pay 2.8 Million in Restitution for Cyber Fraud Conspiracy 11/21/2024 07:00 AM EST U.S. District Judge Sara E. Hill sentenced Sunday Daniel Ganyo, 38, for conspiracy to commit wire fraud, wire fraud, and transportation of stolen property. Judge Hill ordered Ganyo to 84 months imprisonment, followed by three years of supervised release.
