Butler County man sentenced to 25 years in prison for sexually exploiting infant, child 11/21/2024 07:00 AM EST CINCINNATI – David John Frahm, 63, of Trenton, Ohio, was sentenced in federal court to 300 months in prison for sexually exploiting children. Frahm committed hands-on offenses against an infant victim and a five-year-old victim and then shared photographs of the sexual abuse via an encrypted instant message application.
