U.S. District Judge John D. Russell sentenced Brian Harris Carlile, 31, for Receipt, Distribution, and Possession of Child Pornography in Indian Country. Judge Russell ordered Carlile to 121 months imprisonment, followed by 10 years of supervised release. Upon his release, Carlile will also be required to register as a sex offender. Restitution for the victims will be determined at a later date.
