Rochester man pleads guilty to purchases made on illicit online marketplace 09/26/2024 08:00 AM EDT U.S. Attorney Trini E. Ross announced today that Brandon Hall, 23, of Rochester, NY, pleaded guilty before U.S. District Judge Frank P. Geraci, Jr. to possessing 15 or more unauthorized access devices with intent to defraud, which carries a maximum penalty of 10 years in prison and a $250,000 fine.  Rochester man sentenced for stealing mail using stolen postal key 09/26/2024 08:00 AM EDT  U.S. Attorney Trini E. Ross announced today that Legend Terrance Davis, 21, of Rochester, NY, who was convicted of possession of United States Postal Service key and theft of mail, was sentenced to serve three years' probation to include six months home detention, and 50 hours of community service, by U.S. District Judge Frank P.
