Evans announced that JOSE MANUEL CHENO ("CHENO"), age 55, a Mexican national, was sentenced on September 25, 2024 after previously pleading guilty to illegal reentry of a deported alien previously convicted of a felony, in violation of Title 8, United States Code, Sections 1326(a) and (b)(2).
