Ross announced today that Asaad Rivers, 36, of Niagara Falls, NY, pleaded guilty to distribution of methamphetamine before U.S. Magistrate Judge H. Kenneth Schroeder, Jr. The charge carries a maximum penalty of 20 years in prison.   Buffalo woman who lied to the FBI during murder investigation sentenced 07/16/2024 08:00 AM EDT U.S. Attorney Trini E. Ross announced today that Deshema Clark, 46, of Buffalo, NY, who was convicted of making a materially false statement,  was sentenced to serve 30 days in prison and two years' supervised release by Chief U.S. District Judge Elizabeth A. Wolford.     Former Jericho Road employee charged with theft of government funds 07/15/2024 08:00 AM EDT U.S. Attorney Trini E.
