Rochester man arrested, charged with threatening to murder members of federal law enforcement 04/22/2024 08:00 AM EDT U.S. Attorney Trini E. Ross announced today that Eric Anthony, 27, of Rochester, NY, was arrested and charged by criminal complaint with threatening to assault, kidnap, or murder federal law enforcement officers with intent to impede, intimidate, or interfere with such law enforcement officers while engaged in the performance of official duties, or with intent to retaliate against such law enforcement officers on account of the performance of their official duties.
