U.S. Attorney Trini E. Ross announced today that Eric Anthony, 27, of Rochester, NY, was arrested and charged by criminal complaint with threatening to assault, kidnap, or murder federal law enforcement officers with intent to impede, intimidate, or interfere with such law enforcement officers while engaged in the performance of official duties, or with intent to retaliate against such law enforcement officers on account of the performance of their official duties. The charge carries a maximum penalty of 10 years in prison and a maximum fine of $250,000.     # # # #

(PDVSA), the Venezuelan state-owned oil company, in January 2019.

Tyler Jordan Sands, age 23, of Akron, Ohio, was sentenced today to 120 months in prison for fentanyl and firearms offenses. Sands pled guilty to possession with intent to distribute fentanyl and unlawful possession of a firearm in November 2023.
