Baltimore Man Sentenced to 40 Months in Federal Prison for a Series of Fraud Schemes With Losses of More Than $1.5 Million 02/28/2024 07:00 AM EST U.S. District Judge Ellen L. Hollander sentenced Noel Chimezuru Agoha, age 40, of Baltimore, Maryland, today to 40 months in federal prison, followed by three years of supervised release, for conspiracy to commit wire fraud related to a series of fraud schemes with losses of more than $1.5 million.  Judge Hollander also ordered Agoha to pay restitution of $1 million.
