Vitter to thirty-three (33) months imprisonment, three (3) years of supervised release and payment of a $100 mandatory special assessment fee after previously pleading guilty to possessing a firearm as a convicted felon, in violation of Title 18, United States Code, Sections 922(g)(1) and 924(a)(2), announced United States Attorney Duane A. Evans. Gibson Woman Sentenced In Staged Automobile Collision Scheme 12/20/2023 07:00 AM EST NEW ORLEANS, LOUISIANA – United States Attorney Duane A. Evans announced today that FLORENCE RANDLE ("F. RANDLE"), age 72, of Gibson, Louisiana, was sentenced on December 13, 2023 after previously pleading guilty to Conspiracy to Commit Mail Fraud, in violation of Title 18, United States Code, Section 371. New Orleans Man Pleads Guilty to Trafficking Fentanyl and Heroin 12/20/2023 07:00 AM EST NEW ORLEANS, LOUISIANA – RODNEY OFFRAY, age 49, a resident of New Orleans, pleaded guilty on December 19, 2023 before U.S. District Judge Darrel James Papillion to a three-count indictment charging him with distribution of fentanyl and heroin, in violation of Title 21, United States Code, Sections 841(a)(1), 841(b)(1)(B), and 841(b)(1)(C), announced U.S. Attorney Duane A. Evans.
