Evans announced today that ALEJANDRO AGUILAR-RAMOS, a Mexican national, age 30, pleaded guilty as charged on October 17, 2023 to Count 1 of the indictment, charging him with conspiracy to distribute and possess with intent to distribute, 500 grams or more of methamphetamine, in violation of Title 21, United States Code, Sections 841(a)(1), 841(b)(1)(A), and 846.  AGUILAR-RAMOS faces a minimum sentence of ten years up to  a maximum of life imprisonment, up to a $10,000,000 fine, at least five years of supervised release, and a mandatory $100 special assessment fee.
