West Virginia man sentenced for federal firearms charge 09/08/2023 08:00 AM EDT Jessie Ross Duke, age 36, of Fairmont, West Virginia, was sentenced today to 10 years in federal prison for theft from a federal firearms licensee. According to court documents and statements made in court, Duke broke into a licensed firearms dealer in Fairmont, stealing multiple long guns and handguns.
