Albuquerque Man Sentenced to 30 Years in Prison for Enticement of a Minor 08/23/2023 08:00 AM EDT Dominic Allan Marks pled guilty in federal court on March 7, 2023, to enticement of a minor. Taos Woman Sentenced to 5 Years Supervised Probation and Community Service for Assault Resulting a Serious Bodily Injury 08/23/2023 08:00 AM EDT Kylie Lujan pled guilty to assault resulting in bodily injury on March 30, 2023. Recidivist Sex Offender Sentenced to 10 Years for Possession of Child Pornography 08/23/2023 08:00 AM EDT Richard Crisman pled guilty to possession of child pornography on April 12, 2023.
