Groton Man Sentenced to Prison for Role in Cocaine Trafficking Conspiracy 08/02/2023 08:00 AM EDT STEVEN COLLAZO, 32, of Groton, was sentenced today by U.S. District Judge Michael P. Shea in Hartford to 18 months of imprisonment, followed by three years of supervised release, for his involvement in a conspiracy to receive large quantities of cocaine from Puerto Rico through the U.S. Mail for distribution in Connecticut and elsewhere.  Collazo must serve the first three months of his supervised release in home detention. Hartford Man Sentenced to More Than 5 Years in Federal Prison for Distributing Fentanyl 08/02/2023 08:00 AM EDT MILTON ROSARIO, also known as "Little," 41, of Hartford, was sentenced today by U.S. District Judge Michael P. Shea in Hartford to 70 months of imprisonment, followed by four years of supervised release, for distributing fentanyl.
