San Francisco Man Charged With Tax Evasion And Embezzling $2.7 Million From San Francisco Company 08/25/2023 08:00 AM EDT SAN FRANCISCO - A federal grand jury in San Francisco indicted Aubrey Jackson Shelton II with bank fraud, wire fraud, and tax evasion in connection with his scheme to embezzle more than $2.7 million from his employer, a San Francisco technology company, announced United States Attorney Ismail J. Ramsey and Internal Revenue Service Criminal Investigation Special Agent in Charge Darren Lian. Shelton was arrested today and appeared in federal court to face the charges.
