Manatee County Man Sentenced To Federal Prison For Unlawfully Possessing Loaded Firearm As A Convicted Felon 08/01/2023 08:00 AM EDT Fort Myers, Florida – U.S. District Judge Sheri Polster Chappell has sentenced Shaborn Washington (29, Palmetto) to eight years and four months in federal prison for possessing a firearm as a previously convicted felon. The court also ordered Washington to forfeit the firearm and ammunition possessed during the offense. Washington had been found guilty following a bench trial on February 23, 2023.
