Scott will be joined by city and state leaders to hold the official press conference kicking off Baltimore City's National Night Out, a nationwide event to strengthen community relations with law enforcement.
Throughout the day, City leaders, Scott Administration officials, and law enforcement partners will attend more than 60 National Night Out Events in every part of Baltimore City.
