Employment–population ratio for people with a disability increases to 21.3 percent in 2022

In 2022, both the labor force participation rate (23.1 percent) and the employment–population ratio (21.3 percent) for people with a disability increased. Both measures are the highest they have been since these data were first reported in 2008. The unemployment rate for people with a disability decreased by 2.5 percentage points to 7.6 percent in 2022.
