News Brief USPTO announces extension of deadline to submit comments on draft 2022-2026 Strategic Plan To allow the public more time to provide input, the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) has extended the deadline to receive comments on the draft 2022-2026 Strategic Plan from January 31 until February 17.   We welcome comments on all aspects of the draft plan and ask you to email your comments to strategicplan@uspto.gov by February 17.
