Grand Junction Man Sentenced to Life in Federal Prison for Distribution of Fentanyl Resulting in Death 01/11/2023 12:00 AM EST DENVER – The U.S. Attorney's Office for the District of Colorado announces that Bruce Holder, age 57, of Grand Junction, was sentenced to life in federal prison. Holder was convicted of conspiracy to distribute fentanyl and counterfeit substances, distribution of fentanyl resulting in death, distribution of fentanyl, and distribution of a counterfeit substance, after an 11 day trial in April 2021.
