Read the Release In Case You Missed It $1.65M for 83 Workers We've recovered $1.65M in back wages and damages from the owner of seven Los Angeles restaurants who denied 83 workers overtime wages and kept false pay records in an attempt to hide the wage theft. $1.5M for 194 Workers A Virginia home healthcare company and its owners must pay more than $1.5M to 194 workers for willful violations of the Fair Labor Standards Act. $500K for 48 Workers Our care industry compliance initiative recovered $500K in back wages and damages for 48 workers after four Sacramento-area employers denied them their full wages. 8 Ways We're Combating Human Trafficking Our agency is a committed partner in implementing the National Action Plan to Combat Human Trafficking.
