Patent Trial and Appeal Board PTAB LEAP mock argument practicum Register to join the Patent Trial and Appeal Board's (PTAB) Legal Experience and Advancement Program (LEAP) on Friday, May 13, from 1 to 4 p.m. ET, for an America Invents Act (AIA) mock argument practicum. This session offers an opportunity for practitioners to hone their oral argument skills by presenting an AIA trial argument to a panel of sitting administrative patent judges (APJs). Participants will receive feedback from the panel and will have an opportunity to engage in a question-and-answer session. Preference will be given to LEAP-eligible attorneys, agents, and to those who have not participated in prior LEAP mock argument practicums. Registration is required to participate in the session. Please register by Friday, April 8.
