Jessica Lynn Lundbald, of Augusta, West Virginia, was sentenced today to four years of probation for a drug charge, United States Attorney William J. Ihlenfeld, II announced. Lundbald, 24, pleaded guilty in September 2021 to one count of "Possession with Intent to Distribute Heroin and Fentanyl Mixture."

Giovanni Geonard Ingersoll, of Akron, Ohio, was sentenced today to 121 months of incarceration for methamphetamine distribution, United States Attorney William J. Ihlenfeld, II announced. Ingersoll, age 29, pled guilty in July 2020 to one count of "Aiding and Abetting Distribution of Methamphetamine."

Antonio Cortez Darden, of Maugansville, Maryland, was sentenced today to 21 months of incarceration for a drug charge, United States Attorney William J. Ihlenfeld, II announced. Darden, 44, pleaded guilty in August 2021 to one count of "Possession with Intent to Distribute Cocaine Hydrochloride."

Orlando, FL – A Georgia woman pleaded guilty today to conspiring to defraud the United States by promoting a nationwide tax fraud scheme and preparing false tax returns for the scheme's participants.
