Jarvey for their involvement in a drug conspiracy dating back to 2001. Moline Man Sentenced to Prison for Drug and Firearm Charges 11/24/2021 12:00 AM EST DAVENPORT, Iowa – A Moline, Illinois man, Devon Allen McConnell, age 36, was sentenced on Thursday, November 18, 2021 by United States District Court Chief Judge John A. Jarvey to 200 months in prison for Possession with Intent to Distribute Methamphetamine, Possession of a Firearm in Furtherance of a Drug Trafficking Crime, and Felon in Possession of a Firearm. Des Moines Man Indicted on Attempted Child Exploitation, Attempted Enticement of a Minor and Related Charges 11/24/2021 12:00 AM EST DES MOINES, IA – A federal grand jury in Des Moines returned an indictment on November 17, 2021, charging a Des Moines man with attempting to produce child pornography, attempted enticement of a minor to engage in illicit sexual activities and other related charges.
