Sensor Technology Empowers Food Manufacturer

Due to an increased need for outdoor, food and beverage products during the pandemic, Food For The Sole was challenged to keep up with demand. With help from OMEP, part of the MEP National Network, they were able to implement new technologies and principles of lean. This resulted in $200,000 in increased or retained sales, 3 jobs created/retained and $25,000 in cost savings.
