FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: October 25, 2021 Media Contacts: press@oag.state.md.us 410-576-7009 UPDATE to Fatal Vehicle Crash in Wicomico County BALTIMORE, MD - The Independent Investigations Division of the Office of Attorney General has released the names of the decedent and the officers involved in a fatal vehicle crash that occurred on October 21, 2021, in Salisbury. The decedent has been identified as Jamaal Parish Mitchell, a 35-year-old African-American man. Mr. Mitchell resided in Salisbury. There were two officers involved in the incident.
