Box 8766, BWI Airport, Maryland 21240   Description: The Office of the Attorney General is seeking applicants for an Assistant Attorney General position at the Maryland Aviation Administration (MAA). The MAA owns and operates Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI Marshall) and Martin State Airport (MTN). This position will represent the MAA in litigation in State and federal courts, and before administrative agencies, including the Office of Administrative Hearings.  This position will also provide advice on a variety of legal issues including: government contracts, real estate matters (such as easements, acquisitions, leases, and land use), noise, commercial transactions, environmental law, personnel, employment, labor, legislation, and the Public Information Act.
