Amazon meddled in Alabama union election, violated labor law, official finds
Workers at an Amazon warehouse in Bessemer, Alabama, voted against joining a union in April, but an official for the National Labor Relations Board has determined that the company violated labor law by illegally meddling in the voting process. Labor board officials will determine whether a new election is warranted.
