Kissimmee Tax Preparer Sentenced To Prison And Ordered To Pay Restitution For False Tax Return Scheme 07/07/2021 12:00 AM EDT Orlando, Florida – U.S. District Judge Wendy W. Berger today sentenced Joseph Amaya to 12 months in federal prison for aiding and assisting in the preparation of false tax returns.
