Sha'Carri Richardson, the sprinter who punched her ticket to the Tokyo Games after winning the women's 100-meter race at the U.S. Olympic Track and Field Trials last month, has been suspended from the Olympic team after failing a drug test, according to her lawyer. A U.S. Olympic source told NBC News that Richardson tested positive for THC, the chemical found in marijuana. She may be able to compete in a different event.
