Marshalltown, Minnesota, and Kansas City Residents Sentenced to Prison for Methamphetamine Offense 03/31/2021 12:00 AM EDT DES MOINES, Iowa — On Wednesday, March 25, 2021, United States District Court Judge Rebecca Goodgame Ebinger sentenced Rachel Ann Danielson, age 42, of St. Paul, Minnesota, to 144 months in prison for conspiracy to distribute 50 grams or more of actual methamphetamine announced acting United States Attorney Richard D. Westphal. Following her prison term, Danielson was ordered to serve five years of supervised release, as well as pay $100 to the Crime Victims' Assistance Fund. Search Warrant Execution at Rashid Pharmacy 03/31/2021 12:00 AM EDT DAVENPORT, Iowa –On Wednesday March 30, 2021, federal search warrants were executed at Rashid Long Term Care Pharmacy and Rashid Pharmacy PLC, both in Fort Madison, Iowa. The searches at these locations were official law enforcement actions involving officers, agents, and investigators from the United States Department of Health and Human Services, Federal Bureau of Investigation, Iowa Medicaid Fraud Control Unit, Fort Madison Police Department, and Lee County Sheriff's Office. This is an ongoing investigation and no other information will be released at this time.
