Copyright Royalty Judges Amend Regulations to Allow Attorney Designees with Approved eCRB Accounts to File on Behalf of Attorneys
The Copyright Royalty Judges have amended regulations governing the electronic filing of documents through the Copyright Royalty Board's electronic filing system (eCRB) to permit attorney designees with approved eCRB user accounts to file on behalf of attorneys. The amended regulations are effective February 16, 2021. Attorney designees may register for eCRB accounts starting February 17, 2021. For more information, click here.
