OFCCP published the "Nondiscrimination Obligations of Federal Contractors and Subcontractors: Procedures to Resolve Potential Employment Discrimination" final rule in the Federal Register on Nov. 10, 2020. The rule takes effect on Dec. 10, 2020. OFCCP published this final rule to increase clarity and transparency for federal contractors, establish clear parameters for OFCCP resolution procedures, and enhance the efficient enforcement of equal employment opportunity laws.
