Michigan Man Ordered Detained Pending Child Sexual Exploitation Charges 12/14/2020 12:00 AM EST Jacksonville, Florida – United States Attorney Maria Chapa Lopez announces the return of an indictment charging Arthur Jay Traxler, Jr. (55, Michigan) with one count of attempted online enticement of a minor to engage in sexual activity and one count of attempted production of child sexual exploitation materials. If convicted, Traxler faces a minimum mandatory term of 25 years, and up to life, in federal prison.
