Iran's supreme leader vows retaliation for assassination of leading scientist

Iran's supreme leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei promised "definitive punishment" for the assassination of the country's leading nuclear scientist in a statement on his official website on Saturday. Calling him a "martyr," Khamenei praised scientist Mohsen Fakhrizadeh, who was killed in a roadside attack on Friday, and said he was one of the country's "eminent scientists in the nuclear and defense fields."
