The second night of the Republican convention will feature more norm-breaking from President Donald Trump's party. The White House, typically off limits as a campaign setting, will be front and center with first lady Melania Trump expected to give her remarks from the Rose Garden. And Mike Pompeo will become the first secretary of state in modern history to speak at a political convention. Other speakers on Tuesday night include Sen.
