Police Anti-Corruption & Institutional Development Advisor Now Accepting Applications     The U.S. Department of State is currently accepting applications for a Police Anti-Corruption & Institutional Development Advisor, located in Guatemala City, Guatamala. The Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL) is under the Under Secretary for Democracy and Human Rights and works to keep Americans safe at home by countering international crime, illegal drugs, and instability abroad. INL helps countries deliver justice and fairness by strengthening their police, courts, and corrections systems. The purpose of this Personal Services Contract is to provide specialized anti-corruption, rule of law, and law enforcement expertise to develop the INL Guatemala Police Anti-Corruption and Institutional Development Program, and oversee all management aspects of the program (to include funding, training, equipment, accountability, and implementer performance). This is a non-status, non-permanent Personal Service Contract position. You do not acquire a competitive or excepted service status from this position.
