Actor Max von Sydow, whose seven-decade-long career included roles as a Jesuit priest in "The Exorcist" and in many classic Ingmar Bergman films, died Sunday, his agent said. He was 90. Sydow, who started acting in European films at about the age of 20, had appeared in nearly 200 movies and television shows. Recently, he'd played Three-Eyed Raven in "Game of Thrones," which earned him an Emmy nomination, and Lor San Tekka in "Star Wars: The Force Awakens." |
