Mar 12, 2020 BREAKING: Democrats move Sunday Biden-Sanders debate from Phoenix to D.C. amid coronavirus concerns The Democratic debate on Sunday between Joe Biden and Bernie Sanders has been moved from Phoenix to Washington, D.C., the Democratic National Committee announced Thursday. The shift comes after the DNC and CNN, the debate's host, decided to scrap the live audience for the debate due to coronavirus concerns. The debate will now take place at CNN's studio in Washington "out of an abundance of caution and in order to reduce cross-country travel," the DNC said.
