South, age 45, pled guilty to one count of "Reckless Flight from a Law Enforcement Officer." Pennsylvania man admits to firearms violation 02/26/2020 12:00 AM EST Charles Lynn, of Uniontown, Pennsylvania, has admitted to a firearms charge, U.S. Attorney Bill Powell announced.
