Randolph County man admits to child porn charge 02/12/2020 12:00 AM EST Jack Cark Rice, of Elkins, West Virginia, has admitted to a child pornography charge, U.S. Attorney Bill Powell announced. Rice, age 56,  pled guilty today to one count of "Possession of Child Pornography." Harrison County man admits to firearms charge 02/12/2020 12:00 AM EST Timothy Allen Crowe, of Bridgeport, West Virginia, has admitted to a firearms charge, U.S. Attorney Bill Powell announced. Crowe, age 57, pled guilty to one count of "False Statement in Connection with the Acquisition of a Firearm." Wetzel County man admits to distributing heroin 02/12/2020 12:00 AM EST Caleb McCune, of New Martinsville, West Virginia, has admitted to selling heroin, U.S. Attorney Bill Powell announced.
